Bowen Rug Doctor was created based on a recognition of a service need.
During my work at a local institution, I was asked to hire a carpet cleaner for our facility. Reaching out off island I had no luck securing a service that was willing to do the job.
This excited me as I have a true passion for cleanliness. It brings me joy spending time in a tidy, blemish free space. It brings me even greater joy having the power to make that happen. So I bought a professional carpet cleaning machine to get the job done myself.
Since our commencement in February 2023 we did over 40 jobs including public institutions, family homes, airbnb’s with repeat clients. At first we used word of mouth but later created this website and a Google account to be accessible to the ones who are searching for this service.
